Guests are expected to abide to our house rules:

1. The B&B owner and manager has right of access to the common parts of the building for the necessary checks and for routine maintenance of the common areas. Whenever it is necessary, they will access your room.

2. You are expected to let the manager know about any damages to or the malfunctioning of any devices.

3. As a guest, you are responsible of any ill-usage of the building or the services provided to you and are responsible to cover the costs of any damage.

4. Small-size pets are allowed, however you are responsible for any damage or ill- behaviour towards the house or the other guests.

5. The quiet times issued by Grado Council must be respected, i.e. no loud noise allowed between 23:00 and 10:00 and between 13:00 and 15:00.

6. No smoking allowed in the building, see Law 16.01.2003 art . 51

7. You can cancel your booking not later than 3 weeks prior your holiday and have 80% of your fee reimbursed.
